Which level is yours

The licence scales the size; it never changes the rules. Kestrel EA is a grid expert advisor for MetaTrader 4: it opens from its own signal, adds to the basket in small, capped steps when price moves against it, and closes the whole basket together at its target. You choose one to four pairs — EURUSD, GBPUSD, EURCAD and AUDCAD — then Patient, Active or both for each: Patient adds to a basket less often and holds a smaller worst case; Active adds more often, returned more in the backtest and reached a larger worst case.

Pick the level whose recommended capital fits the account you plan to run — a recommendation, never a condition of the licence.

Recommended capital, in euros at fixed rates, from the simulations on Dukascopy data (windows differ by pair: EURUSD and AUDCAD run to September 2026, GBPUSD to December 2025, EURCAD from January 2014). For a single record the recommendation is three times its measured worst case; for a portfolio, the recommendations of its records added up — and the joint-worst-moment column, which shows three times the worst moment its records happened to share, is the same figure as the recommendation for a single record, so it is left blank there.

A stop-out is the moment a broker closes your positions because the account no longer covers them; the two first columns are the smallest balances that would have survived each record at the 20% and 50% stop-out levels VT Markets publishes for its Standard STP and its Raw and Pro ECN accounts, the broker where our demo accounts run (VT Markets Help Centre, checked 17 September 2026). They are technical limits, never the capital we advise. Summit multiplies every euro figure by five and Zenith by ten, and the percentages do not change; the first two capital figures are limits, the third is one way of reading the record, and the fourth is our recommendation. Three examples:

• €10,000 account: Horizon with EURUSD Patient, recommended €8,500 — it is the only set that fits.
• €50,000 account: Horizon with EURUSD Active + AUDCAD Active, recommended €35,200 — or the four pairs with one variant each, recommended €50,800.
• €100,000 account: Horizon with EURUSD Patient and Active, GBPUSD Active and AUDCAD Active, recommended €65,100 — or EURUSD Active alone at Summit, recommended €74,500.

Not included: fund management, a broker account, the VPS charge, or any signal or copy service. One licence runs one MT4 account, at any level; renewal after twelve months is at the same price.

What happens after you buy

1. A card checkout on this site is planned but not live yet. Right now you buy by writing to us — email or Telegram — and we confirm availability, send payment instructions and then the EA file plus the set files of your level. Kestrel is not sold on the MQL5 Market.
2. You install it on your MetaTrader 4 terminal, on a VPS: How to Install an Expert Advisor on MT4.
3. You load the set file of each pair and variant at your level, and the expert advisor trades your account, at your broker.
4. You follow the record: every figure carries its date, feed and period.

Why a licence and not a signal

A licence runs on your own account: you keep the broker, the capital and the terminal. A signal or a copy service adds a dependency between the record and your money, and a copy never carries the settings that produced the record.
