What Kestrel EA is

Kestrel EA is a grid expert advisor for MetaTrader 4: it opens from its own signal, adds to the basket in small, capped steps when price moves against it, and closes the whole basket together at its target. It never closes a single trade at a loss; until the basket closes, the loss is floating.

The name

Like the kestrel that hangs still in the wind before it strikes, Kestrel EA waits, holds and closes the basket once. The bird stays suspended while it observes, then acts a single time, with precision. That is the spirit of the software: patience in the open air, a steady hold through changing conditions and one deliberate close.

How the numbers are published

Every figure on this site carries its frame in the same sentence: the period, the data feed and whether it is simulated or a forward test on demo accounts running since September 2026. Worst cases carry the date they happened on.

The point is not to look good. It is that someone deciding whether to run this on their own account can see the bad days before they decide.

What Daemon Digital LLC does not do

It does not manage accounts, does not run a fund, does not offer signals as a managed service and does not promise a return. It has no view on how much of your capital belongs in a trading account.
