Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones gridexpertadvisor.com uses today and how to manage them in your browser.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored on your computer, tablet or phone with information about your browsing. Sites use them to remember choices, keep sessions working and measure how their pages are used.
Cookies are commonly grouped in three ways:
- By who sets them: first-party cookies come from the site you visit; third-party cookies come from an outside service embedded in it, such as a video player or an analytics tool.
- By how long they last: session cookies disappear when you close the browser; persistent cookies stay on the device until they expire or you delete them.
- By their purpose: technical cookies keep the site working, personalisation cookies remember choices such as language, analytics cookies measure how pages are used, and advertising cookies build a profile for ads.
What this site uses today
None. gridexpertadvisor.com is a set of static pages: it sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no embedded video and no chat widgets.
Your browser still contacts a web server to download these pages, and that server keeps ordinary technical logs, as every web server does. Those logs are not cookies and are not read for marketing.
When this changes
Analytics are planned: Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It counts page views without setting cookies, without collecting personal data and without tracking you across other sites; this page will be updated the day it goes live. Whether a form anti-spam check is added later, and what it would store, is still [DATO NEGOCIO: verificación anti-spam del formulario, cuando se añada].
No consent banner is shown because nothing is stored today, and Umami’s default setup does not require one either.
How to manage cookies in your browser
You can allow, disable or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Disabling them changes nothing on this site today, because it sets none.
